Burnt out

Have you ever just felt completely drained?  Burnt out from all the crap, drama, negativity that life throws at you? Well that's where I'm at.  I'm an introvert and I really over - do myself at times.  I'm slowly getting back to normal, me - time. A lot of reading, spending quality family time, and yes naps is the story of my life currently.  And it feels good.  I think it's healthy for people to take time away from everyone and everything to evaluate what in their life is causing so much stress.  Months of school, Doterra classes, and friend outings have put me in a big ball of chaos.  It's nice to just wake up with nothing on my agenda and hell not even have to put on pants!  Your real friends will understand and appreciate you taking your me time and will still be there for you when your ready for them.  Anyways.. Just wanted to aknowledge to you all that it's ok to feel burnt out.  And it's ok to start over.  I know I am.

Vacation much needed is 7 days away!
