Family vaca 2014 Florida

I saved up every check I made since January to be able to take our family on a rare super fun week long family vaca.  We had never been to disney world and it's only 7 hours from our home.  So we decided to stay at shades of green (military hotel *super nice *) which provided transportation (free) to and from all the disney parks.  We did legoland on day 1 and since it's an hour from shades of green we decided to stay at a little mom and pop type hotel about 1.3 miles from legoland.  It sits on a private lake so there was boating, fishing and plenty of swimming for the guests.  It was fun for the night.  Legoland was fun.  The boys really enjoyed swapping their "Lego men" with ALL (and I do mean all) of the workers.  The rides are more designed for their age group so they had a blast.  Kenn was a little bored at times, but overall had fun.  Then we did 4 days at Disney, we hit all 4 of the parks up (magic kingdom, Epcot, animal kingdom and Hollywood studios) we spent about 8-9 hours at each and only got to ride about 4-5 rides each day.  It was so crowded with people that without a fast pass you had to wait about 90+ mins for each ride.  And well with 3 kids and 100+ degree weather you can imagine the fun that entailed.  On our final day we did Sea world.  We had been to every sea world but Orlando and to me it's about 100x bigger than the other.  We had to walk all over hell just to see a sold out show and only got to see the shamu because they were always too full.  It was the hottest day too so we didn't stay as long, the kids were too small for every ride.  It was free for all of us with their salute to the troops promotion anyways.  We ended up going back to the hotel and just relaxin at the pool which was amazing! I defiantly would like to go back, but only in the winter and with better planning this time!  We tried to eat at downtown disney our last day at the Trex cafe and I called to make a reservation but they were all full and said first come first serve at the door.  Well after walking clear up there it was a 2 hour wait.  So we passed it up and went to mcdonalds, lol.  All in all it was fun, though tiring, I'm thankful we got to do it together. Here's some pics from the trip.  Kennedee refused most pictures she was so cross from walking and waiting in the heat so I didn't force.
